Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
This role works across our Enliven Southern region, which includes the wider Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Whakatane and Hamilton areas.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Lead Service Coordinator leads a team of Service Coordinators and Support Workers in the delivery of client-driven and flexible community-based support services. They ensure Enliven’s operational processes meet clients’ needs and deliver on the service objectives outlined in Enliven’s contracts. They support the development and achievement of the annual service business/quality plan and is responsible for developing a team culture that encompasses the values and vision of PSN and Enliven Services.

We would love to hear from you if you are:

  • Registered Health Professional (Nurse, Physio, OT) with a current practising certificate
  • Experience managing and leading a team, and providing coaching
  • Experienced in aged care, disability, rehabilitation or community settings
  • Advanced clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Well organised and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
