Responsibilities:

As a Lead Services Specialist – Completions & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Covering a wide variety of support & services offered – configuration and installations.
  • Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers.
  • Working together with high level people from the business.
  • Handling standardized project processes.
  • Handling diverse clients within the region

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Have 3 years or more experience in Customer Service Management
  • Have experience in completions and well intervention tools and services.
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability
