Responsibilities:
As a Lead Services Specialist – Completions & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Covering a wide variety of support & services offered – configuration and installations.
- Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers.
- Working together with high level people from the business.
- Handling standardized project processes.
- Handling diverse clients within the region
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Have 3 years or more experience in Customer Service Management
- Have experience in completions and well intervention tools and services.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability
