What to expect?

• Work through all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Analyze problems, develop, and propose solutions.
• Prepare and study the technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutions.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and improve with each other.
• Provide timing/scheduling estimates to product owner and propose corrective actions to timelines when necessary.
• Organize an efficient handover through high quality documentation and training.
• Architect and lead the design of state-of-the-art end-to-end delivery pipelines templates.
• Implement and optimize advanced zero-trust deployment strategies for both infrastructure and software.
• Provide strategic solutions to complex release orchestration challenges, leveraging your expertise in software management.
• Foster a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring solutions align with and exceed internal stakeholder needs.
• Offer expert guidance on maintaining and supporting deployed systems for optimal reliability and efficiency.

What will make you successful?

Mandatory Technical Experience

• Extensive expertise in E2E release Orchestration, serving as the foundation for architectural decisions.
• Mastery of RHEL and Openshift platforms, informing strategic architectural choices.
• Proven expertise in Java full-stack development.
• Advanced deployment automation skills using Ansible.
• In-depth knowledge of observability tools, particularly ELK stack and Kafka.

Good to have Technical Skills

• Proven track record with Jenkins for pipeline development and expertise in Cloudbees.
• Advanced deployment automation skills Helm and ArgoCD
• Proven track record with Jenkins for pipeline development and expertise in Cloudbees.

Ideal Profile Candidate

• Demonstrated leadership in enterprise software development, contributing to strategic decision-making.
