As a Lead Architect you will define and maintain the technical vision, and help the teams deliver new features and capabilities to several of our SaaS products in our Power division. You can learn more about NEOGOV’s Power products here: https://www.powerdms.com/.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define and maintain the overall vision & strategic direction for projects and architecture within our Public Safety suite of products
  • Stay ahead of the latest technology trends and best practices to incorporate innovation into the company’s products
  • Ensure the SaaS platform is optimized for performance and scalability, addressing any bottlenecks and ensuring the system can handle growth in users and data
  • Advocate for and implement automation in the development and testing processes to enhance efficiency
  • Mentor and guide architects and senior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain technical roadmaps for the software architecture, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives and IT strategy
  • Design and implement architectures and technologies with security at the forefront, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards such as FedRAMP
