Description:
As Lead Software Developer at Springday (part of APM Group), based in Sydney, you will spend your day ‘rolling up your sleeves’ with development work and mentoring and leading a passionate multi-disciplinary team. You will guide the team to enhance and maintain our white-labelled SaaS platform to support organisations to inspire and educate their teams on their journey to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in BSc/Ba in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Advanced development skills in JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React.JS, JQuery, Knockout etc)
- Experience with Cloud based development and deployment is desired, especially within AWS
- In depth experience in full stack projects
- Ability to conduct technological analysis and research.Collaborative, engaging nature that leads by example.

Responsibilities:
- Develop company technology strategy and ensure its alignment with business goals.
- Ensure infrastructure functionality, security, and efficiency.
- Discover and implement new technologies.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets for the development team.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback for necessary improvements to technology.
- Responsible for on time delivery of technology products within time and budget.Lead and develop the growth of the development team.
