Description:

As Lead Software Developer at Springday (part of APM Group), based in Sydney, you will spend your day ‘rolling up your sleeves’ with development work and mentoring and leading a passionate multi-disciplinary team. You will guide the team to enhance and maintain our white-labelled SaaS platform to support organisations to inspire and educate their teams on their journey to a happier and healthier lifestyle.

SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in BSc/Ba in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
  • Advanced development skills in JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React.JS, JQuery, Knockout etc)
  • Experience with Cloud based development and deployment is desired, especially within AWS
  • In depth experience in full stack projects
  • Ability to conduct technological analysis and research.Collaborative, engaging nature that leads by example.

  • Develop company technology strategy and ensure its alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure infrastructure functionality, security, and efficiency.
  • Discover and implement new technologies.
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets for the development team.
  • Use stakeholders’ feedback for necessary improvements to technology.
  • Responsible for on time delivery of technology products within time and budget.Lead and develop the growth of the development team.
