Description:
Software Developer position available at an International company. Electronic/Mechatronic engineer required with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in MATLAB/Simulink software development for embedded controllers used in the automotive environment.
QUALIFICATION:
- B Eng. Degree in Mechatronic / Electronic Engineering (M-preferred)
- Willing to travel overseas for variable periods
- Minimum 10 years experience in embedded design
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink
- Knowledge of J1939 CAN communication and associated test tools/equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Embedded software development for products in the automotive environment
- Take ownership of the software development for the product portfolio
- Responsible for the development, -verification and -maintenance of software
- Field- and verification testing
- Support software development
- Work with controller hardware suppliers during product development
