What you’ll do:

  • Be both, an active hands-on coder and effective in mentoring people.
  • Drive our technical roadmap and direction of our stack.
  • Inspire your team and other engineers to build the best ecommerce platform on the planet
  • Collaborate with PM, engineers, and stakeholders in all corporate offices to promote communication and coordination
  • Establish team objectives in alignment with business goals
  • Build an open, positive, and energized culture
  • Experience with LLMs

Who You Are:

  • BS/MS in CS, CE, SEW, EE or MIS, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years experience in building systems using at least two different languages
  • Passion for building well-defined and performant products
  • Experience leading, driving, and retaining a high-performance team
  • Experience working with TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, Pulumi, and Postgres
  • Knowledge of functional programming paradigm with reactive design patterns
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range (or have the minimum apply to them), but rather, the exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
