JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented software engineers, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects within budget and timeline.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and principles
- Experience with agile development practices
- Solid knowledge of database technologies and SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
