REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Equivalent
- 5+ years or hands on experience in modern OOP languages; proficiency with C++ is preferred
- Hands on experience with SQL or NoSQL database
- Hands on experience with Typescript, React as frontend stack
- Hands on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow is a plus
- Experience with tools and processes like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservice architecture is a plus
- Exposure to continuous delivery methodologies i.e. build, integrate, and deploy, and familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins is a plus
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will produce scalable software solutions, working with cross functional teams of AI, Cloud and Software engineers, responsible for end-to-end development lifecycles from conception to deployment.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple domains, in an innovation-first environment focused on developing novel solutions to challenging problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, design and develop greenfield software solutions to challenging and complex problems
- Conduct research and propose relevant software and hardware systems that align to business needs
- Compose and review software design architecture and technical documentation
- Conduct system testing to ensure applications conform to user and operating requirements
