PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement is a plus.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Act as a data steward and work closely with the business units on data quality and timeliness of data submissions.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of system performance.
• Work on the requirements for the implementation of the newer replacement applications.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades and system enhancements.
• Document and ensure up-to-date process documentation for any system changes.
• Facilitate periodic User Trainings.
• Work closely with the SC Training Manager and should be involved in the design and implementation of newer application training modules and additional learning plans.
• Provide immediate response to advanced issues.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer-related, Supply Chain, or other related courses.
• Experience in Application Administration, Supplier Management, and Project Leadership.
• Experience in understanding and interpreting requirements specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of various software applications such as SharePoint, MS Access, and Power BI.
• Experience working with several levels within an organization, from the frontline up to senior management.
