AD Energy is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer!

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1), with proficiency in an extra language being a bonus
• Armed with a civil engineering degree and a wealth of professional civil and structural engineering experience
• A structural design maestro with a knack for navigating norms and guidelines
• Ideally authorization for stability verification
• Experience assessing, managing, and overseeing with large scale / utilities-size structural projects
• Foundational knowledge of steel mounting, metal construction technology and solutions
• Preferable to have working experience within the Solar, Renewables, and Energy sector
• Be a master of industry-standard software like DIubal RFEM, FRILO, Harzer, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Possess natural-born leader traits; who thrives on project management and coordination
• Be a team player extraordinaire, always ready to collaborate for the best results
• Be a mentor at heart, guiding the next generation of engineers
• Have a technical affinity and curiousity for continual learning
• Dedicated to your own growth and the growth of the team, always seeking out new knowledge
• Flexible, organized, reliable, and ready to jet-set as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must reside in Germany- commute 50% office/ 50%home working model
