Do you want to lead a team of Surgeons in a state-of-the-art hospital?
We are working with a Small Animals Hospital in North London to help find them a new Veterinary Surgeon to lead their team. We are a small and friendly team who are looking to expand our horizons and develop.
This is a bright and modern hospital covering a wealth of different animals and conditions. Services include: Emergency Care, Consults, Dental Car,e In-patient Care, Vaccinations, Parasite Control, Pet, a variety of Surgeries, Diagnostic imaging and loads more!
As the Lead Surgeon, you should be confident in all areas of first opinion treatments and be happy with the prospect of training and developing junior Vets. A strong business acumen and commercial mindset is also desired as you will help drive the practices growth alongside the Clinical Director.
This is a full time, permanent position but we offer a flexible shift pattern. If you are interested in a part time role, we can still discuss what hours you’d be happy to work.
We are based in North London and commutable from Ilford, Romford, Chelmsford, Enfield, Tottenham, Cheshunt, Harlow, Woodgreen, Brentwood and surrounding areas.

What qualifications do I need?
We are looking for a surgeon who is RCVS accredited and is a confident all rounder. Previous managerial experience is also desired but not essential.
