EXPERIENCE:

• Salesforce certified; Platform Developer 1 and 2, Consultant (Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing or experience).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
• Working experience in Agile environment.
• Working experience with GIT.
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Accountable for gathering, managing, and analyzing requirements to design new application changes for Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service, Einstein, Experience & Commerce Clouds ensuring sufficient effort is made to promote “vanilla” functionality.

• Assist in and take ownership of estimates developed by less experienced staff and/or offshore providers.

• Manage the delivery, testing and support of application changes related to Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Accountable for ensuring quality solutions are delivered to business users on scope, time, and budget.
• Conduct training, workshops, project status meetings and provide technical guidance and expertise to wider team.
• Participate in the development of application and process best practices and, using a consultative approach, gets buy-in from all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with wider IT teams to integrate with other applications as needed.
• Hands-on configuration and customization experience of the Salesforce Platform I.e. flows, dynamic form, point and click, LWC & Apex etc.
• Sound understanding of how to integrate with external platforms.
• Write clean, well-designed code, using design patterns where necessary.
• Write clean, well-structured technical documentation.
• Keep UpToDate with latest Salesforce Features, Security & Critical Updates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
