We are seeking a Lead Testing Engineer who will be responsible for implementing testing strategies to ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and processes to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers, providing appropriate guidance, support, and training
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities, and align testing activities with project plans
- Establish test objectives, scope, and criteria, and create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability
- Coordinate and prioritize testing activities, use resources effectively, and track progress to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of test results
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance tests using both manual and automated techniques
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and suggest areas for improvement. Collaborate with development teams for issue diagnosis, fix verification, and prompt resolution
- Maintain and document all test-related artifacts, and communicate the findings, progress, and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders
