We are looking for a strong Lead Unity developer to spearhead a diverse team of engineers in the journey of creating our high-end open-world simulation. The visual platform is a key technology driving our visualization for simulations and how we interact with the open world.
As a Lead Unity developer at OSC, you will lead the team developing our graphics platform and our user facing product Sandbox, our tool which enables customers to interact with the open world. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary leadership team to set the direction of the product while helping push our technology to new places, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Contribute to our inclusive, transparent and open engineering culture, keeping OSC a fun place to work. You will mentor and coach the team when to grow as technical experts, you will work closely with the principal developers to provide the right guidance and training to the team, and you will be accountable for the success of the team.
