We are looking for certified and experienced Workday (core and advance) compensation consultant.

In your role as a Lead HCM Compensation consultant, you will be:

  • Coaching, leading and advising our clients in HR-processes
  • Assuring that the current system solution meets the clients’ needs and always striving to enhance the processes already in place
  • Driving and actively participating in the implementation of new system solutions within the HR area with a focus on Workday application
  • Supporting your peers within your skills area and actively contributing to our culture that is based on inclusion, engagement and cooperation
  • Participating in pre-sales activities such as pricing, and creation of offers to clients and prospects

Who you are:

  • You are certified in Workday Compensation and preferably also in Workday Advance Compensation
  • You have experience in HR processes from one or several companies
  • You have an education within HR or have similar knowledge from working with this
  • You can see the value in customer care and building relationship and partnering
