We’re inviting a Lead Workforce Enablement Consultant to become part of our remote team.
The role encompasses backing change management and training initiatives within IT projects, with an emphasis on Workforce Planning & Management. As a consultant, you’ll be collaborating closely with various departments to guarantee the successful execution of change management strategies and the creation and delivery of training programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in backing change management and training initiatives within IT projects
  • Applied understanding of instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies
  • History of supporting cloud migrations or CMS platforms
  • Superior communication skills for leading training sessions and backing change communication efforts
  • Proficiency in conducting training needs assessments and stakeholder impact assessments
  • Fluency in English, with a competency level of at least advanced for seamless communication with the team and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Change Management Plan across different departments
  • Aid in crafting and delivering training programs for administrators and business users
  • Liaise with stakeholders to collect feedback and evaluate the impact of changes
  • Assist in maintaining documentation pertaining to change management activities and training sessions
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring comprehensive understanding by all participants
  • Gather feedback from training participants and other stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and propose enhancements
