Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary management of pre-assembly and final assembly, including commissioning, with a total of approx. 70 employees
• Responsibility for the operative day-to-day business of the as well as the control of the required capacities
• Ensuring quality and timely completion of orders up to preparation for shipment in accordance with the production schedule
• Ensuring and optimizing process flows as well as analyzing and eliminating disruptions in workflows
• Interface for our assembly locations (Wuxi, Malaysia, Nitra)

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (mechanics, electrics or mechatronics) with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Relevant practical work experience in the field of pre-assembly and/or final assembly in machine and plant construction
• Several years of existing management experience
• Distinct quality awareness as well as the ability to recognize optimization potential and to quickly familiarize oneself with complex interrelationships
• A high level of commitment, flexibility, teamwork and communication skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
