Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of industrialization project managers.
- Create, harmonize and track plans to successfully achieve our objectives.
- Support the preparation of business cases related to Mexico facilities with financial and technical data.
- Prepare and recommend scenarios for footprint optimization, machine usage, CAPEX projects, rate readiness and other strategic projects.
- Prepare and present dashboards and status update to management through industrialization governance.
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the projects the team is managing.
- Manage employees’ performance through the creation of solid performance plan and grow employees’ skills with relevant development plans.
- Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tools using BOE guidelines.
