HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in the methods and/or quality team, most importantly in quality assurance, project management, problem solving and/or continuous improvement
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
• You have excellent management skills.
• You have the ability to show good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times.
• You have a great sense of initiative and are ready to work with a winning team.
• You have good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
• You have a definite talent for communication and leadership.
• You have the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• You have good communication skills in French (bilingualism is an asset)
