What You’ll Do
As a Leadership Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and delivering our leadership development initiatives.
What You’ll Bring

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and logistics of our leadership trainings and enroll facilitators
  • Maintain an organized system for participant enrollment and registration and ensure clear communication with participants regarding training schedules, requirements, and expectations
  • Monitor and document participant attendance
  • Develop a structured process for collecting feedback from training participants, such as surveys, post-training evaluations, or feedback forms
  • Analyze feedback data to identify common themes, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with facilitators, HR leadership and other stakeholders to discuss feedback and develop action plans for improvement
