What You’ll Do
As a Leadership Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership capabilities within our organization. You will work closely with leaders at all levels, designing and implementing comprehensive leadership development programs and initiatives. The goal is to empower our leaders with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving business landscape.
What You’ll Bring

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with with senior leaders, HR leadership team and talent development team to assess leadership development needs
  • Determine the success profiles for Tesla leaders in partnership with senior leaders, HR leadership team and talent development team and align them to our leadership principles
  • Design new leadership and management initiatives and training programs tailored to the specific requirements of different management levels and continuously review
  • Facilitate management and leadership training programs for our leaders on all levels (eg. Drift, Manager Fundamentals, Masterclasses)
  • Facilitate our leadership 360 program, including creating individual feedback reports for leaders
  • Regularly assess and evaluate the impact of programs, present insights to senior leaders and HR leadership team and drive data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Coach our leaders to support them in their individual development to be effective leaders
  • Stay informed on the most recent leadership best practices and develop innovative concepts to enhance leadership
  • Provide mentorship to HR partners, offering insights into leadership development strategies and best practices
