Description:
Talent management & Leadership development
LD network
: Create, coordinate and advise the network of LD contacts within the segment, present and advise stakeholders on adequate learning and development programs. Encourage sharing of knowledge, experiences, best practices, processes and tools across the segment.
HiPo community
: Design and implement high potential development program to structure career path, development plan and build a community of high potential to drive employee engagement et succession readiness.
Thrive program
: Coordinate and follow up Thrive program within the segment, ensure to get the most value from the program for candidates looking for opportunities, and the segment looking for key talent.
LD process
: Develop and Implement policies and processes related to Leadership Development to create alignment across the segment in alignment with Corporate policies.
LD programs
: Design and support the development of specific Leadership Development programs (Succeed, TAP, Woman HiPo, Europe Top Exchange, etc.) aligned with business requirements, challenges, future needs and budget.
Leadership Assessments
: Ensure Leadership Assessments process is conducted for all key positions. Coordinate the feedback delivery and/or deliver leadership assessment feedbacks to the candidate. Provide analysis and recommendation of development to support leadership assessment.
