Leadership Development Program/ Planning
What is the Leadership Development Program?
Supply Chain’s Leadership Development Program began as a way to cultivate a pipeline of leaders who have a deep foundation of skills and experiences gained through roles in manufacturing, logistics, quality, procurement and engineer focused positions. After successfully rotating through three different positions, each lasting 18-24 months, participants graduate from the program and continue in their leadership roles, ultimately enabling the successful growth of the supply chain organization and Ecolab.

¿What will you do?

  • Lead the implementation of S&OP (Sales and Supply Plan) Monetization covering all divisions for LAS and participate in the implementation of Demand Forecast for innovations.
  • Identification and mapping of knowledge requirement and translating this into a LAS Planning Capability Road Map
  • Create an inventory optimization strategy
  • Control Tower of demand indicators for LAS
  • Make a network with the interns to carry out LAS projects
  • Identify and lead projects for savings opportunities, service improvements or efficiency gains.
  • Initiate and lead benchmarking opportunities for the LAS Planning function.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related career with a focus on project management and/or Planning/Logistics (Exclusive)
  • No work experience related to supply chain
  • Advanced English (exclusive)
  • MS Office advanced
  • Power BI Intermediate
  • SAP (desirable)
  • Availability to work in the office and at the plant located in Lampa (there are shuttle buses)
