QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HR/Organisational Psychology degree/other relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent on the job experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of leadership frameworks, initiatives or programs
  • Demonstrated understanding of best practice learning principles
  • Demonstrated experience in learning design, working with capability frameworks and leadership development
  • Experience collaborating with Instructional Designers to deliver learning programs

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for defining what good leadership looks like, and designing and building initiatives that enable our leaders to develop their self awareness and their leadership capability.

Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Learning, you will be a key member of the Leadership and Learning team. This newly created role will have the opportunity to define, design and build leadership capability for InLife. The role will be predominantly focused on the creation of leadership development initiatives, but it will also design and deliver other learning work in support of the broader learning strategy, where required.
