Description:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, leadership development or related field.
- Managerial experience in related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing leadership development strategies and learning approaches for a variety of leadership audiences.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
The Leadership Institute exists to identify, nurture and develop leaders for AdventHealth.
As a critical member of the Leadership Institute team, the Manager of Operations will be responsible for the ongoing planning and support activities across all programs. He or she will lead the program support team including the following areas:
- Relationship management and program support
- Analytics and eLearning strategy
- Facility management
- Processes and workflows
- Learning resources and information management
