THE OPPORTUNITY:

Ampcontrol’s strategic plans for growth and expansion means that we are now looking for an experienced and qualified Electrical Leading Hand to join our Kewdale Workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and coaching production staff, scheduling workloads, and coordinating materials in the department to ensure products are delivered on time and completed to budget.
The Electrical Leading Hand will also play a key role in promoting and developing staff competencies, OHS good practice, and improving quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enhance and develop their career and leadership skills.
