  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative tech manager who will enable Amazon Mexico growth through implementation and support of local seller strategies for teams, business intelligence. He/she will bring insights to the businesses teams and drive for decision making. This role is both a strategic and hands-on role.
    It requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, knowledge of business intelligence solutions, as well as outstanding business acumen and the ability to work with quantitative and business teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.
    We have a very flat team structure, and offer a unique opportunity for technical leaders who want to work closely with the business in defining, designing, building and operating products that solve interesting business problems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable process to using SQL, Python and other languages.
  • Web Scraping strong knowledge.
  • Analyze data to find inefficiencies and improve output quality.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams to refine scoring model and processes that streamline efficiencies.
  • Measure, monitor and optimize the performance of sellers to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
  • Work closely with account management, product management and marketing teams to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
  • Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement.

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
