Corporate Technology Services Worldwide is the preferred engineering partner for manufacturing-based projects throughout the entire product life cycle.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide solutions and implement actions during the product development process using Planning Guide Line tools to establish manufacturing infrastructure.
  • Define and optimize manufacturing layouts and systems, enhancing the clarity of the value stream.
  • Utilize process flow mapping across all business functions to identify key metrics for improvement.
  • Develop and implement logistic and production concepts, including material, people, and information flow, using digital lean principles, methods, and tools.
  • Support the development of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, provide training, and formulate lean manufacturing methods.
  • Manage materials and logistics with customers and suppliers to support revenue generation and product diversification strategies.
  • Optimize manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
  • Conduct process analysis, bottleneck detection, and other lean process optimization techniques to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop process documentation, including Value Stream Planning, Supply Chain Network Design, Flow Oriented Layouts, Scaling, Control Plans, Design For Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Change-Over, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) trees, Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), bubble diagrams, and spaghetti diagrams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of shop floor experience in manufacturing and/or logistics operations, including Industry 4.0 solutions and structured data management.
  • More than 3 years of continuous improvement experience.
  • Proficiency in lean logistics, including customer fluctuation analysis, production plan leveling, JIT, consumption control, dock-to-dock operations, Kanban loops, lot formation, and ETO planning.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, particularly in production planning interfaces (visualization, improvement loops, planning quality evaluation).
  • Project management skills, with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Excellent active listening skills, capable of promoting fruitful empathy with customers.
  • Target-oriented and persuasive, with the ability to work well in teams and independently.
  • Analytical and structured working style.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (>70% of working time outside the office and away from home).
  • Language proficiency: Portuguese (C1/B2), Spanish (C1/B2), English (B2/B2).
