Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing LEAN methodologies and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of building “The Dustin Way” to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. Together you engage employees at all levels in LEAN activities and foster a collaborative environment for idea sharing and problem-solving.

• Build and lead the Dustin Way team
• Set the Dustin Way strategy to align with strategic ambitions
• Identify, implement, and manage LEAN activities to improve wing-to-wing processes and increase efficiency throughout Dustin
