Responsibilities:
- Working with leadership team to identify key projects that provide most benefits to Gates Europe
- Ensuring standardized global GPS policies and procedures are adopted by all European facilities to eliminate deviation and providing training to the plants as necessary
- Actively supporting the ongoing personal development and GPS activities of the SME’s to facilitate the continual progression of GPS.
- Developing, modifying and implementing processes, methods and controls
- Leading Kaizen European Events from concept to competition
- Reporting progress on defined projects
