Description:
- May start daily rate contract for 6 months with potential extensions.
- Hybrid 2 days per week onsite at Petersham with 3 days WFH.
- These days are early start, early finish approximately 7am-2pm
3 X LEARNER EXPERIENCE COORDINATORS
Primarily customer (learner) facing roles, they will deal with learning enquiries from across the Transport cluster via various systems and need to be great with people - good verbal and written communication is required.
There is a face-to-face learner support component of meeting and greeting learners at Transport Training Centre in Petersham each morning.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Accountable to provide accurate and detailed information to learners who are participating in accredited programs, including assisting their enrolment and registration into Student Management and Transport Learning Systems.
- Manage effective enrolments into both Accredited and non-accredited learning programs either assisting learners through a self-enrolment process or managing programs that require direct bulk enrolment
- Communicate with learners demonstrating a willingness to assist and a commitment to providing high quality service.
- Support the Manager, Learner Experience by participating in regular quality and compliance assessments, helping to achieve team objectives by contributing to a team environment of knowledge and information sharing, continuous improvement, and skill and capability development
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain multiple learning systems ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Ensure all learning records in the appropriate Student Management Systems are accurately finalised to ensure our obligations are met as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Escalate and redirect learning records compliance issues as required.
- Respond to and resolve complex request for learning records and ensure the provision of accurate information.
- Collect, analyse, process, and prepare distribution reports that enable the RTO to process funding according to the Agency policies.
