As a Learning Analyst, you will play a key role in guiding D2L customers with creating and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with their organizational objectives. Leveraging your deep expertise in business intelligence technology and the Brightspace platform, you will work directly with clients to define, design, and implement high-quality data solutions. As a subject matter expert, you will stay up-to-date on the latest tools and capabilities within the Brightspace platform, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients.

SKILLS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and interpret data effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage strong relationships cross-functionally across all management levels and roles, facilitating effective collaboration and execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

SUGGESTED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced technical environment, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering successful data solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of commercial Business Intelligence Tools such as Domo, PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight etc., effectively utilizing them to deliver advanced analytics and insights to clients.
