Description:
THE COMPANY
Robert Half are working with a company based in Riyadh, this is a newly created role to join a leading L&D team based in Riyadh. You will work closely with the Middle East team while being the main point of contact for the Riyadh office. This role requires proven Learning and development experience with a passion for training and development. Private sector, professional services, management consultancy of legal experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the learning and development agenda for the Riyadh office
- Support L&D Manager to design and facilitate learning needs analysis
- Support the team with facilitation and co-delivery across a variety of learning programmes
- Work with the global team to design and support a variety of consistent evaluation methods
- Work with L&D managers and coordinators to plan, schedule and organise L&D programmes and offering
- Build relationships with external suppliers and provide feedback where appropriate.
- Support strategic priorities/projects within the Global L&D team and wider HR team
- Provide advice and guidance to a variety of learners on the suitability of learning and talent programmes
- Support other ad hoc activities, as required.
