Description:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

Master degree in Adult Education or related
Experience within an L&D role (facilitating, instructing)
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Highly creative
Business acumen
Change management skills
Highly analytical is a plus
Experence with an LMS is a plus

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough learning needs assessments in partnership with managers and Business Partners. Identify skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities to create targeted learning solutions.
Design learning content, define and develop structured learning journeys for job roles and functions aligning learning content directly with the skills and competencies required for each role.
Conduct supplier comparisons and liaise with external training vendors to source specialized training programs or resources.
Coordinate and facilitate internal knowledge sharing and communities of practice to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as surveys, quizzes, and practical assessments.
