Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role has a dual focus. Firstly, to coordinate and lead the logistics for the Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP). Secondly, to contribute to and participate in all Learning and Organisation Development activity.

DUTIES:

  • Program Coordination: Overseeing all aspects of program logistics including scheduling sessions, booking venues, arranging catering and coordinating guest speakers or facilitators. Managing program timelines and ensuring that all activities are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Implementing assessment tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of the leadership development program. Collecting feedback from participants, mentors, and stakeholders to evaluate learning outcomes, program impact, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads and external partners, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Seeking input and feedback to continuously enhance the program’s relevance and impact.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the budget for the management and leadership development program. Monitoring expenses, negotiating contracts with external vendors or consultants and maximizing resources to deliver high-quality learning experiences within budget constraints.
