ARE YOU THE HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL’S NEXT LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR?

We’re looking for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Strategy and Organisational Development Team. If you think this could be you - let’s talk.

Responsibilities:

FOR THIS ROLE IT IS PREFERRED THAT YOU HAVE:

  • A qualification in Adult and Tertiary Teaching (level 4) or equivalent experiences within Human Resources, business or education studies.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within Learning and Development.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems as a system administrator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Competent with the full Microsoft Office Suite.

The remuneration for this role begins at around $65,000 but is negotiable for the right person.
