Description:
- Work in close collaboration with management and consulting team to design programmes, collateral, support content
- Assist senior consultant(s) in the implementation of various projects
- Develop customized proposals for clients
- Conduct research on needs of clients and come up with solutions
- Maintain good relationships with clients and regularly check in on them
- Stay abreast of relevant industry trends, customers’ concerns
- Track training status and ensure timely documentation of training records
- Gather, analyse and report data required for submission to stakeholders and partners
- Maintain learning contents in Learning Management System
