Müller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain’s private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.
Müller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.
We are recruiting for a Learning and Development Lead on FTC to end 31st December 2024, to establish and drive the Learning & Development strategy for Müller Yogurt and Desserts, with the aim of supporting both individual and team growth across the function. You will support leadership development across the sites, providing tools, insight and coaching to drive a leadership mindset. Drive expansion of talent management processes for Müller Yogurt and Desserts, working with local HR teams to provide clarity, consistency and application across all sites. The Learning & Talent Lead will be based at our offices in Market Drayton, Shropshire (hybrid working) with some travel between our sites in the Shropshire area.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Recognised as expert in discipline, with experience of delivering across a multi-site organisation
  • Previous experience in a Learning & Development role including leadership development, delivering and facilitating training programmes
  • Understanding of customer requirements and is able to take ownership of problems, issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of learning styles/approaches and of leadership development techniques
  • Ideally insights facilitator trained (training can be provided if required)
  • Ability to influence others at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to construct and deliver projects with business engagement
  • Experience of talent processes and systems
  • Credible, builds relationships with senior stakeholders and demonstrates excellent judgment
  • Results driven, resilient, and determined in the face of ambiguity and opposition
