KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrable experience in training program development and delivery, especially in automotive retail
- Background in the automotive retail and particularly in sales training
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of inspiring learners at all levels
- Strong analytical skills to identify training needs and measure outcomes
- A collaborative spirit, able to work closely with department heads and integrate feedback
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
Responsibilities:
As a Learning & Development Manager at DAG, you will be the architect behind our learning and development initiatives, designing and delivering training programs that enhance our team’s capabilities and drive superior guest experiences. Your role involves:
- Crafting and delivering engaging and effective training modules for on guest experience, leadership and compliance for sales, service, parts and administrative staff
- Conducting workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to foster professional growth
- Evaluating the impact of training initiatives and refining them for maximum effectiveness
- Championing our core values and culture of excellence through every educational endeavour.
