How you’ll make an impact:
As an experienced Learning and Development Specialist you will bring demonstrated capability, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to build maturity across L&D governance, frameworks and processes. You will have worked in a fast-paced, agile environment across multiple projects and tasks.
This position focuses on supporting the design, management, and continuous improvement of learning infrastructure and onboarding frameworks. You will be responsible for producing detailed learning project briefs and developing change and communications plans. Additionally, you will play a key role in the enhancing the capability of our client’s new software system. The position also includes ownership of the capability framework and competency tracking, as well as analyzing data to identify competency gaps and providing targeted learning solutions to address them.
Please note this is a 2-year, Maximum Term contract.
