About the Role:

  • Develop, deliver and manage the rollout of onboarding and development programmes for our Early Careers employees
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences, ranging from in-person workshops to live virtual programmes to e-learnings
  • Partner with other teams across the business to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for our interns, graduates and work placement students
  • Partner with the internal communications team and the business to build a culture of learning.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications
  • Conduct research on best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programmes and experiences
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and tailor development programs accordingly
  • Support the implementation and administration of learning management systems and other learning technologies
  • Support the wider team on talent, inclusion and wellbeing projects where required

About you:

  • A recent graduate or individual with 1 -2 years experience, with a degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Event Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
  • Good commercial acumen, looking for solutions that deliver commercial impact.
  • Strong communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Comfortable with using digital tools
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with a strong focus on delivering to high standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about continuous learning and professional development
