We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for continuous learning and development, strong communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training software and tools.Certification in training and development is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of work experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development.
• Experience in leading organizations, preferably in the Real Estate or Property sector in UAE/GCC.
• Experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management.

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs for employees at all levels.
• Design and deliver creative and engaging training programs, both in person and online, to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and utilize their expertise in the development of training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and record employees’ training and development activities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the training programs.
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their performance and career development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to learning and development.Collaborate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs when needed.
