About Your Role: Collaborate with technical SMEs to design and develop training interventions for the Life Science Industry, focusing on Quality and Regulatory areas such as MDR, Risk Management ISO 14971, and Quality System ISO 13485.

• Design bespoke learning development solutions (programs and services) for clients.
• Create engaging and effective training materials aligned with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain and update training materials based on regulatory changes and feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing training strategies for external clients.
• Support client and sales teams by sharing insights and best practices on learning and leadership development.
• Collaborate with industry thought leaders and cross-functional teams to develop a product roadmap.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product development.
