Description:

SUMMARY:

This position participates in and conducts technical enterprise learning programs and supports the admin functions of the Learning Center, Learning Center Online and client training programs. This position also supports enterprise learning objectives and writes enterprise learning programs, under guidance. May administer exams and write performance reports to evaluate trainees’ performance. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular discipline. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

2+ years’ experience in an operations role at FM Global or 5+ years’ experience in the training field

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical topics in a classroom setting
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills, MS Office, Surface Hubs, LMS and Scheduling tools such as Cvent.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude

HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS:

The hiring range for this position is $88,400-$127,100 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
