Responsibilities:
Lead learning design, creation and authoring of IKEA Concept Learning Offer and secure that the products deliver to the user and business needs as well as our brand identity. Together with your team, you are responsible for a seamless user experience of our learning products within the worldwide digital and physical learning infrastructure always delivering to the business priorities coming from IKEA strategies and business plans.
Do you have:
- Experience in agile ways of working and methods, product teams.
- Knowledge of learning design, technologies, methods, formats and tools.
- Ability to innovate in line with trends in the field of learning tech, design and experience.
- Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and communicate, including active listening and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, engaging way, with a down-to- earth, simple tone of voice.
- Motivated by developing the IKEA concept learning offer that exceeds coworkers’ expectations and reaches more of the many in existing and new markets in business reality in the flow of work.
- Passion for Home Furnishing and improving people’s life at home.
- The passion to work as a high performing team to achieve a common business goal while also having the motivation to work independently to achieve the required task and goal.
- Capability to navigate and lead business and people in a complex, ambiguous and fast-changing business environment.
- A strong interest in the IKEA brand, IKEA concept, IKEA culture & values and the IKEA value chain.
- A good understanding of the IKEA strategic landscape and retail.
- An understanding of our role as a franchisor and our responsibility within the IKEA System.
