Description:

Job Purpose: The Learning Delivery Partner will facilitate and deliver a wide range of learning programs, designed to meet the needs of a wide community of Cabin Crew at different stages of their career progression with Emirates. This involves engaging and inspiring learners during the learning process, supporting their learning needs, ensuring effective delivery of content and contributing to the overall success of CCT learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Coach learners on adopting a growth and intentional learning mindset, address concerns and shortfalls and offer individual support to those facing learning obstacles to ensure they achieve the desired level of development.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that encourage active participation, discussion, and knowledge sharing among learners.
  • Serve as an inspirational role model who guides learners, embraces their prior knowledge and unique learning styles, and empowers them to take charge of their learning journey.
  • Master OOO (one-on-one) and OOM (one-on-many) facilitations methods and apply them consistently in all delivered learning interventions.
  • Create a safe and inclusive space that values learners’ prior knowledge and experiences, integrating them into the learning process and encouraging them to engage in discussions, problem-solving, and hands-on activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the learning design team to provide continues feedback on how content is being absorbed effectively by learners and make sure that provided feedback is delivered in ways that will enhance and improve design.
  • Track learners’ progress and monitor their performance and behaviour during sessions to identify areas of improvement and potential development needs.
  • Document learners’ progress and ensure reports reflect objective and concrete examples on learners’ development to support the Crew Performance Management team in managing crew effectively.
  • Ensure all necessary materials, technology, and resources are prepared and available for each session.
  • Lead own development to ensure staying current and up to date with latest trends and research in relevant field.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST MEET THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent), in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Hospitality, Human Resources, Vocational and Adult Learning and/or any other relevant field of study
  • 5+ years of experience In-Flight Service or In-flight Administration
  • Deep understanding of adult learning modalities
  • Design thinking skills to create engaging and impactful learning experiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a challenging and demanding fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders and deliver to a wide variance of audience
  • Ability to lead and manage a team and inspire confidence while facilitating change and transformation
