Responsibilities:
As a Learning Design and Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the design and creation of innovative content spanning across all learning programs and audiences.
Your focus will be to drive the creation and delivery of engaging, impactful learning materials across the organization, fostering continuous development and supporting our business objectives. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in delivering our exceptional new hire onboarding learning experience to support new hire assimilation and business priorities.
You will:
- Design learning content by blending theories and adult learning principles for maximum impact.
- Utilize digital tools to create visually appealing and easily understandable learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to customize high-quality materials to meet learning objectives.
- Manage content tracks in our LMS (Workday) to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions, both in-person and hybrid, aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously refine onboarding strategies based on insightful analytics for enhanced outcomes.
- Enhance learner engagement and monitor progress meticulously for continuous improvement.
