SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:
JOB ROLE
Capco is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Advisor to join our UK team, based in London. The Learning and Development function at Capco is constantly evolving in order to support our business and build our talent. This is done by operating as an internal consultancy to add value by attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent. The ideal candidate will be involved in a broad range of activities from new employee induction to the co-ordination and delivery of training programmes. This entails collaborating within the team and working with key stakeholders from the business to ensure that L&D initiatives are aligned to business demands and Capco’s core values, culture and strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the business to co-ordinate, facilitate and deliver effective training and development programs based on both the organisation’s and the individual’s needs
- Handle planning and execution of large training programmes and in-person events
- Facilitate a variety of training sessions using modern training techniques and tools
- Evaluate training materials and delivery approaches and provide advice on effective structure, content, and engagement activities, to optimise training effectiveness and investment
- Keep up with trends and developments in L&D by reading current journals, books and articles
- Provide input and collaborate to support additional projects or initiatives across the team as required
- Vendor management; liaising with external vendors from venue hire to training delivery, representing the Capco brand in the external market
