INTRODUCTION:

About the role
Join the Cater Care team in Sydney as a Learning and Development Advisor, and work closely with our Operational teams, to build capability in Our People.
The role is varied and may involve supporting the instructional design of online projects, working with our eLearning Partner, supporting skilling in systems and processes at sites, or developing culinary and management skills. You will be collaborating with a range of stakeholders, on projects that arise as well as partnering with different teams to support compliance and learning and development.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience in an Operational role in a Hospitality environment
Experience in the Google Suite (or transferable experience in other office suites)
Experience in using a HRIS, and learning management systems.
Experience in instructional design of courses and programs.
Exposure or experience in procurement and time and attendance systems is advantageous.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging and motivating diverse audiences in both physical and virtual settings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organisational levels.
Certificate IV in TAE desirable, or willingness to obtain the same
Qualifications in Hospitality or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

Partner with a core group of stakeholders to develop and deploy learning and capability building activities
Continuously assess and enhance learning materials, delivery methods, and stakeholder upskilling.
Collaborate with Operations teams and other Group Support functions to work on projects which require effective learning delivery.
Maintain records, generate reports, and analyse learning data for insights and improvement opportunities.
Support Operations and frontline users in using our systems, particularly the ELMO LMS to improve management of their employees’ learning and development.
